[rc5] Client suggestion

        Nice idea, but there's no known hash or anything else that would 
     allow the computation of the "tail-end" of the keyspace in the order 
     that the keys are being assigned centrally.  They're being assigned in 
     strips chosen (apparently) randomly from the keyspace.
        Implementing an idea of the sort you describe would require some 
     method to generate a key in the last hunk of the keyspace that will be 
     assigned.  Unfortunately, there is no known way to do that because of 
     the (publicly available) method of selecting strips.

 How about a scheme where the "Generating  Random Key"
is restricted to the last 1/4 of the keyspace.  This 
would avoid the stealing of keys, and the proxy servers 
would have a month or so to filter the solved keys out 
from the unsolved ones.
