[RC5] Client problem with 2 CPUs (bug?)

It appears the dual-mode client doesn't make DES a higher priority for all
the client threads... I've got two CPUs running under Windows NT. I hit
ctrl-C to see how progress was and this is what I got...

[01/13/98 18:42:44 GMT] Saved block 660DF3BD:C0000000 ( 0.00 percent
complete)
[01/13/98 18:42:44 GMT] Saved block 0000AC14:40000000 ( 0.00 percent
complete)
[01/13/98 18:42:44 GMT] Saved block 660DF3BE:00000000 (51.10 percent
complete)
[01/13/98 18:42:44 GMT] Saved block 0000AC14:80000000 (41.02 percent
complete)

It seems one CPU is working on DES while the other is working on RC5.
