[RC5] Client problem with 2 CPUs (bug?)

This is because the des core isn't multithread safe.  Unfortunately, 
since the client sets processor affinity, running 2 separate copies 
will result in both 'binding' with the same cpu.  Build 382 will no 
longer set processor affinities if only 1 cpu is selected, which will 
allow running multiple copies of the client to get around this.
