On a PC client, no. 4x was the _average_ from what I heard on IRC. From 
what
I've been told, the Sun's do 10x, other RISC cpu's fair similarly. 
Remember
that RC5 requires a barrel roll to the left, and many CPU's don't have an
explicit instruction to perform that. Those CPUs do horribly at RC5, but 
they
kick ass at DES ... :)
