[RC5] Keylength problems in 383 client

A 2^30 block of keys contains 2^30 keys. For each of the keys, however,
the client checks the key and its complement i.e. if the key is x, the
client also checks NOT x. Therefore, 2^31 keys are actually checked when
a
block of 2^30 keys is done. Likewise, when the client gets a 2^28 block
of
keys, 2^29 keys are actually checked. So the output is correct.
