[RC5] linux pproxy (270 & 274b) can't seem to reliably

I'm seeing exactly the same problem.  I resorted to ftp-ing my ppbuffout.*
files over to my win95 machine and running the win32 pproxy on them just 
to
send in the 1000+ completed blocks I had sitting here.

The problem (deduced from chaining pproxies together) is that the linux
pproxy doesn't see the ACK (or whatever it gets) from the proxy network
servers - the keys *are* sent, but the pproxy doesn't know that, so it 
just
sends the same 15 blocks over and over and over...
