This has been fixed.  Build 384 and up of the client will 'truncate' 
2^32 blocks to a valid 2^31 block.  Proxies have also been fixed to 
stop handing out 2^32 blocks since older clients can't deal with 
them.

The problem is when a pre 385 client processes a buffered block.
