[RC5] new mac client, sort of

A) There is no firewall configuration at all, and no support for setting
the proxy. So we can not even let a personal proxy handle the e-mail
address.

B) It will not automagically auto-switch to foreground, and the background
processing time is set very low, 10% CPU time. You can adjust it up, but
that means it will always steal performance.

We need a better client, one that will auto-switch to foreground.
