Actually, with dos releases of rc5des, you don't need to use the dos4gw
part of the commandline.  Just run rc5des as you would any other program,
it'll automatically run dos4gw for you.  The original dos rc5 clients
needed the dos4gw command line part, but the rest of them do not.
