[RC5] Whats up with the Pentium 2 code?

     HTML mail is painful.

The DES core was originally tuned for use on P5s. Thus, P5s still
smoke through DES. There were some improvements for use on PPros
(and
therefore by extension to PIIs), but the improvements resulted in
~<=10% increased keyrates on those machines. This does not entirely
cover the architectural improvements available on those processors,
so
there is apparently still room to optimize for non-P5 x86 DES cores.
