     This isn't complete.  From The Windows 95 ResKit, [ISBN: 
     1-55615-678-2], p. 916:
     
     The host computer can act as a gateway to an IPX/SPX or NetBEUI 
     network, but not to a TCP/IP network.
     
     I don't know much about IP-tunneling on IPX/SPX networks, but I know 
     it can be done.  Could this be a solution?

Only NetBEUI is available on DCC for w95
