[RC5] Dispatcher Error

I just got this error also, but it was on a NT 5 beta system. (version
2.7006.388)  We tried the CLI version and it ran fine.

This is the only machine running NT5 here, and the only one that has
gotten this error.

	Incorrect.  The message is generated before the client code
actually
	begins executing at all.  Presence of old buffer files should
not be
	causing this problem.
