[RC5] Speeding up turn over...

Why not have the clients that are running 24/7 run a cron type event to
check the key servers every few minutes for admin signals.  Like DES
activated, and issues a time segment to delay requesting the first DES
block segment to proccess.  This would then tell the cracking threads to
stop, save the current rc5 work to disk, toggle to DES cracking - and
then fetch the block ( I assume the stop rc5 / fetch des would be given
at the time dealyed slot from above.  This would stager the clients by
say a few hours.
