[RC5] Sharing client buffer files and executabl

A minor note on this point:

If you share buffer files among clients that do not share the same .ini
file, then the clients that do not do block updates (ie. contact the proxy
servers) may not have changed their contest status to DES-II-2. I had to
manually update the .ini file for my Win32-cli client that was sharing
buffer files with a Win32-gui client on another computer by changing the
"contestdone2" setting from 1 to 0. Only then would it start processing DES
blocks.
