[RC5] Palm Pilot client?

There was discussion on the list a while back.  I think the general trend
was against having one, because of the nature of the Palm Pilot.  Being a
very small computer with small batteries, the Palm Pilot does everything
to lengthen battery life, including shutting down the CPU when not in use.
An RC5 client would keep the CPU running, and drain the batteries a lot
faster.

That being said, if you can talk some people who wouldn't otherwise be
contributing into porting it to the Palm Pilot, more power to you.  I just
don't expect mose people with Palm Pilots to drastically shorten their
battery life.
