[RC5] Can't install win32-gui

     I recall a similar problem being reported before, but only when 
     installing to a completely new Win95 installation.  I believe the 
     problem in the previous case was one of the Common Control DLLs.

This sounds like a wee bit of a hassle.  I wonder how many people have 
encountered this problem?
