[RC5] CD Writing

No, this isn't true. I have a SCSI-based Phillips CDD2600 CD-Recorder
running on Windows 95/98(I've run this config on both) with a Pentium
200MMX with the GUI client running on idle in the background.  I haven't
had any problems at all.
