[RC5] How to Interpret Keyspace Plots, please?

Many of the people involved with the d-net project have full-time internet
connections and fast machines. Some of the old builds allowed the user to
select a preferred keyspace.

It should be possible, then, to create a group of "keyspace finishers". When
a keyspace nears completion, these people would set very small input and
output buffers (1:1?) and would concentrate on the "almost finished" keyspace.
If this was done, it would be possible to re-issue un-returned keys in these
keyspaces in a very short interval (an hour?).

It would result in some duplicated work, and would require additional I/O from
the servers, but it wouldn't need to be done very often.
