You can tune garsp to fit your system with a command line option.
I.e. -MAXBITS 17  will use about 2200k of ram , MAXBITS 16 will use
even less ram and so on. The 20bit choose.dat file will allow you
to use up to the default 20 bits, this doesn't mean you have to.
