We know how many blocks were submitted per CPU type
          =: Blocks(CPUTYPE).

We know for every cpu type how many flops and mips it
is doing  =: FLOPS(CPUTYPE) or MIPS(CPUTYPE) and

we know how long it takes for such individual CPUs to finish
one block =: Time(CPUTYPE).

FLOPS (distributed.net) :=

  SUM_{CPUTYPE in CPUTYPES}
       Blocks(CPUTYPE)*Time(CPUTYPE)*FLOPS(CPUTYPE)

  -------------D-I-V-I-D-E--T-H-I-S--B-Y-----------

       TIME_WORKING (~145 days)

Same for MIPS.

IMHO these numbers are same as use{full|less} for the
distributed net as they are for individual machines.
