It doesn't detect the the CPU, but makes a little benchmark test. Depending
on your system load, the client can make a wrong decision, when it sees,
that Cyrix is *actually* the fastest one.
If you have a ini-file only for this system run rc5 -config and set the CPU
in the ini-File.
