[RC5] FW: I'm I losing blocks or what?

Yep. I noticed this a lot under Win95... my guess is that the client
didn't do the right thing in response to WM_QUERYENDSESSION.

However, under NT 4 and the latest version of the client (can't say
which... switched both at the same time), the problem has gone away.
