[RC5] Some stats

The difference is that the first set of numbers were people who had submitted
rc5 blocks in the past 30 days, whereas the second set of numbers were
everyone who'd submitted any CSC blocks. Therefor, there are 830-182=648
participants who have done csc blocks and have done rc5 blocks, but havn't
done any rc5 blocks in the past 30 days.
