[RC5] [ADMIN] New Clients, DES-TEST, and Caffeine

The new cli client ate a incomplete block when I installed it.  As the
log shows the previous client shut down w/ a 71% block completed, and
the new client did not continue with it when I restarted.

RC5DES Client v2.7102.424 for Win32 (under Windows NT 4.0) started.
Using distributed.net ID leachjc at hotmail.com
