The win32 GUI is now released. There are a few known erratta, listed
below. If they do not affect you, please upgrade as soon as possible:
This new release is now fully based off the standard codebase the rest
of the clients are built from. Futures updates will be able to be
released much more often than in the past.

General Erratta for 425:
-SOCKS support is broken

Win32 GUI specific:
-Check for new version does not work.
-Some configuration options are not properly saved.

Please note that the 2.7102/2.7103 clients have a completely rewritten
network subsystem from 2.7100. As a result, the handling of firewall
support has changed significantly. HTTP proxy support was broken in
.419 through .424, but now works properly (according to my testing.)
SOCKS support will be fixed soon. UUE (port 23) support naturally
works as well.

Please hold off any bug reports until after 2.7103.426 is released,
unless they are major (like the client not properly minimizing/hiding
itself or crashing.)
