i am a ham radio operator. i was fascinated by the seti at home client. many
times i have strained to hear transmissions from half way around the world.
it would be great fun for me to digitize and save 180 second blocks of
terestrial static and then analize it with the seti at home client. i wonder if
they
would consider releasing the data block specifications if not the client
source
code itself. it would be more fun than watching for the occassional passing
aircraft or satelite.
also i noticed the growth rate for rc5-64 has gone flat the last few weeks.
any reason for that?
bye
