[RC5] List of .INI options?

this is my current dnetc.ini (446)
they are mainly the default values, i got them by changing all the values ... and resetting them back
there are lurk=x and lurkonly=x missing in [parameters] and randomprefix=x in [rc5]
may be some others are missing
