[RC5] Problem with Win32 CLI client.

Hi folks,

I've a little problem with the client mentioned above, and I *suspect*
the behaviour may be a bug, but I'd like to check before screaming:

Symptoms:

Under some circumstances, the client does not automatically detect when
a dial up connection has been created. More specifically, when operating
in "dial up lurk" mode, (ie no auto-dials, just monitor RAS, and contact
keyserver when necessary), the connection is not detected if the client
is also running as a service under WinNT. I have fairly conclusive proof
of this in the form of log files which indicate no connection detections
at times when I know I dialled out manually, and the client was running
as a service.

Pertinent info:

Client version:

RC5DES v2.7112.444-CTR-99072212 client for Win32 (WindowsNT 4.0)

Windows Version:

NT4 service pack 5. (4.00.1381)

IE 5 5.00.2014.0216

Client config file:

[parameters]
id=martin at pergolesi.demon.co.uk
threshold=30:30
lurkonly=1
logname=progress.log

[logging]
log-file-type=no limit

Useful DLL versions (I'm asuming RAS and/or TAPI DLL's are pertinent).
You can ignore the "Loaded" flag, and I can provide info on more DLL's
if required.
