[RC5] Random blocks.

I have some general questions about "random blocks" handling.
Where is "random" keyspace? It's supposedly "before" the blocks we are
checking now. How "far"? How this distance is determined? With current speed
what is the time period before we run into current "random" space?
Now imagine following scenario:
I calculated block 2^33 keys & submitted it to DNet. But before I did it
someone submitted "random" block which overlap mine. How many keys would be
assigned to me? 0? 2^33? 2^33 - 2^28?
Any info appreciated.
