[RC5] Suggestion for SMP console output

When running a d.net client on a multiprocessor machine, it could
be very helpfull to see which of the threads completed a buffer.
so instead of writing

.....10%.....20%.....30%.....40%.....50%.....60%.....70%.....80%.....90%....100
[Aug 07 11:00:35 UTC] Completed OGR stub <more info about the block>

I suggest to 
1. let the original thread-completion stay in the progress bar,
i.e. write something like
.....10%..a..20%.....30%..bd.40%.....50%.....60%.....70%.....80%.....90%....100
(here, thread c completed its work)

and
2. write something like
[Aug 07 11:00:35 UTC] <Identifier for thread> Completed OGR stub
i.e. for the example from above, write 
[Aug 07 11:00:35 UTC] c Completed OGR stub ...
