Well, defrag in Win9x is just Norton's utility stripped down.  Anyhow, for 
anyone wondering about NT or 2000, don't worry, as the client can continue 
to run fine with defrag, and neither interfere that much with each 
other.  Trying to also set a d.net service to pause when defrag is run on 
2000 would be a bit hard, since it runs as a plug-in to the MMC process, 
and MMC has many other uses besides the defrag plug-in.
