[RC5] Win 9x & rc5 & logon dialog

The win95 version is somewhere in the depths of http://www.microsoft.com,
there isn't a win98 version there though, so you'll have to goto the CD (I
do not believe it was on my OEM 98SE cd, but I think it's on the retail)

yes the LOGON under Win9x is very boring, even if you set no password it
will ask you one each time win starts up if you run under a local network ,
but there is a solution : on win98 CD you can find an useful program called
TWEAKUI.EXE, it allows you to make some changes for the OS, and the major
improvement is ( for me ) to de activate ( desactivate ? ) the LOGON popup
then RC5 Client can start working
BUT i don't think this program is available on Win95 CD, so the best you
have to do is to ask a friend who have the win98 CD to give you a copy of
TWEAKUI, as it is a third party microsoft program i think you are not OUTLAW
when doing that...( read all the README.TXT files on CD before, never
knows )
