[RC5] How to be sure

dnetc -import yournewbuff-infile.rc5

As blocks are processed they are removed from the buff-in file. You probably
haven't processed it but other people may well have already submitted the
blocks it contains.

Just import it into your current buff-in file and let the client go through
it. No harm done.
