Did you know that Moore's Law was just a guess, a theory?  He's employed by 
Intel (or was) and Intel decided that they betterr back it up.  There is 
nothing saying the Intel, or AMD, will be able to double the number of 
transistors in six months or three months, or two years.  Moore's Law 
hasn't been proven, and is impossible to prove, but it can be disproved in 
a heartbeat.
