[RC5] Stats suggestion

The fields would be different sizes. The standard size we use for
storing work units is numeric(20,0), which takes 10 bytes. I'm assuming
Bruce was talking about storing the half-life in an int, which is 4
bytes, though I imagine that a smallint (2 bytes) or even a byte might
suffice.
