[RC5] number of dnet users

Further to my previous mail, according to the CIA fact book the population
of Antarctica varies between 1000-4000 all visitors, no indigenous inhabs,
with 6 being registered as dnet users (that bit's not from the fact book).
So 6/1000, 6/4000 or "6/0" take you pick.
