[RC5] Dumb Windows Question

Open a dos box, go to the directory that dnetc is hiding in and do a
'dnetc -update', that will force the client to update. If it was set up as
a service in win9x (via 'dnetc -install') then it doesn't show up in the
task list... it just sucks stray cpu cycles.
