[RC5] What now?

I would imagine OGR records would need to be scrapped, unless there's some
way of distinguishing between those fully tested and those not, as the whole
space must be tested. OTOH they are probably second pass anyway.

RC5 records should be marked for re-issue when the space has been traversed
once, since once we find the answer we don't care about any other records
and V466 "checked" blocks are statistically more unlikely to contain the key
than unchecked blocks.

It would be nice to know if V465 is affected by this bug.
