Yes, it looks like that. Here some output from one client, which was 
configured for RC5-only

Client will run without network access.
Client will exit when buffers are empty.

dnetc v2.8011-464-CTR-00112015 for Linux (Linux 2.2.18).

Client never stopped as it should.
