[RC5] Client buffer updates on DSL

Actually the client is multi threaded and it doesn't waste any time while
trying to connect. When you have 0 blocks in the in buffer, your client
still has one block in RAM that is being processed, so it isn't wasting any
time during a fetch/flush.

It won't fix your problem, but it will shorten the time wasted by the
client.

I'm not sure what that would do for this problem, but I changed it and
it didn't help.
