Subject: [RC5] CPU Utilization in Task Manager (NT)

Greetings:

I'm attempting to get something useful from the Windows NT Task Manager
(has the laughter died down yet? I'll wait....)

I've seen somewhere the magic incantation to remove dnetc.exe from the
items contributing to the CPU utilization. I'm just trying to get the
CPU utilization without dnetc.

Any help is appreciated!
