[RC5] CPU Utilization in Task Manager (NT)

not sure if this helps any, but I put it in my Dnet.ini  and when you pull
up Task Mgr it hides the fact that the dnetc.exe is using CPU time:

I think the information the taskmgr.exe uses for the statistics
are system values stored by each process/thread/whatever and it
just reads and displays them. Maybe you write your own task
manager, including a capability to remove certain processes/idle
processes/whatever. Or does anyone have one already?
