more like 4 months ago, weighted averaging.

  new_avg = old_avg * ( (n-1)/n ) ^ days_skips + new_blocks * ( 1/n )

Now n should be in the range of 5 to 30. Thing of it a days over witch to 
average.  So 10 would equal to a 10 day running average.

Current DNET stops calculating your average on the last day you post.  
days_skips will catch you up correctly for mega flush or weekly.  days_skips 
will always be at least 1 (you posted yesterday, you posted today, so 1 day 

With this the calculation should be able to be processed by the member 
records (rc5 total) only.  (unless you mess a stats run :-)

If you start by using the average that is in place now, within N days all will be 
right with the world.
