[RC5] Graph bug in Windows GUI

I found an interesting bug with the graphing control with the Windows GUI client.  If you start the graph and your crunch rate is low (because of a large system process running) the graph line is at the top of the graph (because it thinks this is the fastest), but as soon as the crunch rate picks up again the graph isn't adjusted to the new high figures.  According to my graph 500,000 keys per second is the same as 2,000,000 keys per second.
