[RC5] OGR-24 Stubs

Illustrates the problem rather nicely though. I know for a fact that I'm
responsible for at least a few OGR-24 stubs vanishing into the black hole.
We need to get these things reissued :P

then again, I've said that before, so why am I saying it again?
