[RC5] Performance difference Win2k/Win98/ME

Dunno, haven't ran DOS in ages ('cept from within windows) then again the 
difference between windows - linux is smaller than windows/linux - dos since 
windows/linux both have several services running and are multi user where dos 
isn't
