[RC5] keyrate stabilizing?

Or even better a G4 (better rates wrt clockspeed)...

IIRC there isn't a p4 core, there was talk about one, but I'm pretty sure 
it wasn't
completed and I'm reasonably sure that it didn't make it into a 
dnetc-release...
