[RC5] Question... Dual Athlon PC

The current Thunderbird Athlon is not the same core as the AthlonMP.  The AthonMP is based on the new core that is shared by the new Mobile athlon, and which will be used by the Thunderbirds replacement.

The MP is a totally new die configuration, visually you can see it is a different shape.  In terms of capabilities, the MP has these features that are missing on the Thunderbird

Hardware Prefetch feature in the onboard cache
Exclusive L2 TLB (Translation Look-aside Buffer)
3DNow!? Professional Technology (aka full SSE support - not SSE2 though)

It also benefits from lower heat etc as with the Athlon4 mobile.
