Yes, Being able to send the hostname would be excellent.  The odds of two
machines having the the same name are very low and if so could be solved
very easily.

There is an existing bug/feature request in the d.net bugzilla asking for
the functionality that I think you're looking for.  See:

Hopefully it will be implemented relatively soon.
