[RC5] IP logging questions with personal proxy's

can see why you wouldn't... the ini file is easy to number from 000 to 
999 in the id section, if all else fails ask someone at d.net if they 
can set up 50 clients at once in one team.... either that  or write a 
browser script to fill in the details on the stats site :)
